Word Up Ranked is a daily word game for your community. Everyone gets the same secret five-letter word each day and six guesses to crack it. Solve it in fewer guesses, earn more points, beat your friends.

How it works

• One puzzle a day: new word at UTC midnight, same word for everyone.
• Six guesses: after each one the board shows what's correct, misplaced, or just plain wrong.
• Fewer guesses = more points: 100 for a first-guess miracle, 15 for just figuring it out on the sixth.

Climb the ranks

Every point counts toward your career total. Check the leaderboards for today, yesterday's, the week, month, year, or all time.

Never miss a puzzle

• Opt-in for notifications when the new puzzle drops.
• Winners get their moment too: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly champs all get announced.

Admins pick when the daily alerts go out and can toggle reminders and winner announcements on or off.
