Whiteboard

Whiteboard For Teams brings a full collaborative whiteboard to your Root community. Sketch ideas, diagram workflows, or brainstorm together in real time - right where your team already talks.

✏️ Full-Featured Whiteboard Draw freely with shapes, freehand strokes, text, and diagrams - the complete Excalidraw experience, built right into Root.

👥 Live Collaboration Start a live session and draw together in real time - every collaborator's cursor is visible as they work. Up to 10 people can join a single session, and a community can host up to 8 live sessions running at the same time.

☁️ Cloud Drawings Save a drawing to the cloud to keep it permanently, reopen it anytime from your community's shared drawing library. Each community can keep up to 20 saved drawings at once, and up to 10 people can work on the same drawing simultaneously.

🔐 Privacy Controls Decide who can view and who can edit each drawing - fully open, view-only, or owner-only editing.

🔑 Password Protection Lock any drawing with a password so only trusted collaborators can open it.

🖼️ Image Support Drop images straight into your canvas, synced and stored securely for the whole team to see.

⚙️ Admin Tools Community admins can monitor active live sessions, manage participants, and keep an eye on storage usage at a glance.
